Our products are sent with DPD for Europe, and DHL for the rest of the world. Dispatching of the products generally happens within 2 days after receipt of payment. All shipments have a track and trace number, which will be provided to the Consumer. Shipping fees will be added to the order.
The Netherlands: 6,25 EURO (shipment with DPD)
Europe: 10,75 EURO (shipment with DPD)
Europe (non-EU): 19,75 EURO (shipment with DPD)
Rest of the world: 24 EURO (shipment with DHL)
Europe: 2-6 working days
Rest of the world: 7-18 working days (depending on the country)

Products can be returned within 14 days after receipt of the goods without specifying the reason. However, you must notify us that you wish to exert the right of withdrawal. This can be done digitally or in another form. You will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to judge whether you wish to keep the product. When returning the goods, we require a copy of the original invoice, or the shipment details including the invoice number, date of purchase, name, and address that the product was sent to so we can process your refund. You will return the product with all delivered accessories and, as far as reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging to us in conformity with our instructions.

Return costs are the Consumer’s responsibility.
After the product has been returned to Serena Slings, the shipping costs and the purchase price of the product paid by the consumer will be refunded to the consumer. Refunds will happen as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days after dissolution of the contract.
